The ideal candidate will be enrolled in an accredited school pursuing a degree in Finance or a related field of study. Job Summary/Purpose Gain experience and exposure to job functions within Treasury (mostly with a focus on Cash Management, with some exposure to Corporate Finance, Investments and Insurance). Individual will work under close supervision and will perform a variety of functions and work on Treasury projects. The assignments will vary but will help build exposure to Treasury processes and relationships. Job Duties/Responsibilities : Work with Treasury analyst(s) to review, digitize and save bank related documentation in accordance with Entergy's record retention policy: Perform assignments related to finance principles, practices, and concepts (i. e. financial analysis, etc. ), particularly related to cash management and the review of money market investments: Work on ad hoc request and continuous improvement projects to support stakeholder requests: Perform other duties as assigned by management: Ability to support Share Point improvements and offer insight on how to improve current processes Education Requirements : Seeking an individual pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with concentration in Finance, Economics, or similar program with strong analytical skills: Must be actively pursuing a degree as indicated above.Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA or higher required (on a 4.0 scale).
