Retail Sales Manager - Caribbean Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Bonus Location: Turks & Caicos Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Retail Sales Manager. If you're enthusiastic about being a leader and contributing to a dynamic team, get in touch Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and goals Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols Ideal Retail Sales Manager:2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, and management Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Caribbean experience preferred Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a sales team Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
