They are seeking a highly organised and passionate individual to join their team as a Training Coordinator. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of plant hire and specialist attachments to the construction industry across the UK and Ireland. With a comprehensive fleet of innovative machinery, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting their clients' project requirements. They are seeking a highly organised and passionate individual to join their team as a Training Coordinator. What does the role look like Coordinate with compliance and safety functions as necessary. Deliver CITB HSE Tests as required Training provided Coordinate with external training companies including Operator Skills Hub. Undertake duties in full accordance with company policies and procedures. Answer telephone queries Coordinate training records in-house and external training Complete weekly training gap reports. Provide support to apprenticeships throughout the programme – where needed. Manage NVQ booking and onboarding process. Update information on the Company’s database and systems Book medicals, review and authenticate operators’ medical certificates. Co-Ordinate OH nurse to ensure that her days are utilised efficiently. Review and highlight any medical issues to the Occupational Health Nurse. If risk backssments are required for any personnel due to occupational health recommendations, co-ordinate with the safety team to aciton. Send New Starter forms via text and Docu Sign and follow up with operators. Ensure all forms are completed in a timely manner and recorded within the Company's database and systems. Liaise.
