Seeking an Executive Sous chef to help lead multiple units, this position offers huge growth potential and offseason opportunities to travel, grow and develop new projects, and help progression in training and development. Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Chef in the overall running of the Back of House operations Assist with the development and preparation of menus Motivate and inspire a strong culinary team.
