Join us at Sephora UK as our Talent Acquisition Specialist for Corporate Functions and play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Craft and execute sourcing strategies to attract top: tier talent, utilizing a variety of channels including job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and networking opportunities. - Project management EVP initiatives; develop trainings for interviewers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to conduct effective interviews and backss candidates accurately, ensure local materials are updated with Central tones and messages, manage Linked In, Glassdoor and any social media with the EVP of Sephora UK. - Design and create comprehensive documents to support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage. Set our candidates up for success. - Develop feedback strategies to gather insights from both candidates and interviewers, enabling continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. - Manage the end: to: end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless transition to the HR Business Partner upon hire. - Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to design innovative ways to showcase life at Sephora UK and attract top talent. - Cultivate positive candidate experiences by providing timely communication, feedback, and updates throughout the recruitment journey. - Partner closely with.
