New Job Opportunity - Senior Payroll Administrator New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Rockville, MD. Looking to hire an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience processing payroll (Multi State Payroll - Healthcare Experience is a plus). *Ceridian Dayforce experience is highly preferred * Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire Hybrid-Remote: 2 days of remote work a week Day to Day Activities: Process payroll data received from our clients, relating to pay changes, absence, starters, leavers, pay adjustments Process any changes to payroll that may arise out of queries, e.g. overpayments, underpayments and backdated pay changes Deliver the required payroll outputs against the payroll calendar and checklists Manage & prioritize own payroll delegated work Meet tight deadlines regarding deadline dates Ensure that all targets for service delivery are met and where possible exceeded Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting is highly preferred - Associates Required Minimum of two years of working experience processing payroll- experience working in a healthcare focused industry is highly preferred Proficiency in Excel Communications and Organizational Skills Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is highly preferred knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) + revenue accounting standards (ASC 606) Powered by JazzHR
