Our work is plentiful and we are hiring to meet our customers needs. Are you a self-starter who can work independently? Do you have strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading as well as experience with ISO 9001, AS 9100 and NADCAP? This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on a growing company. As our CMM Quality Inspector, you ll be responsible for inspecting, testing, sampling and sorting products or goods being manufactured. You ll program and operate CMM equipment with PC-DMIS, ensure product compliance to company policy and customer specifications, audit and monitor quality requirements by performing detailed machine goods inspections and investigate non-conformance, assisting to resolve issues to ensure final inspection clearance. Ideal candidates will have the motivation to work independently and dedication to get the job done. Bring your high school diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience in inspection of complex machined parts; familiarity with first article inspection a must, surface plate layout experience preferred. Programming experience in PC-DCMIS, Modus/Camio or DMIS, a plus; Faro arm CMM and Polyworks also a plus.
