Key duties: Administrative support to the team Ad hoc HR duties, such as onboarding new starters and inductions Assisting with projects Liaising with clients and preparing meeting rooms Preparing presentations and reports Event coordination Ad hoc support on front of house if neeed, please note the role is not based on reception Ad hoc admin responsibilities. What is the company looking for? Ideally you have 1+ years experience working in a team assistant/admin role Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Someone that is able to work in the office 5x days a week. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
