Laundry Manager - Caribbean Salary: 43,000 - 52,000 + Housing Allowance + Benefits + Work Permit + Home leave + more Location: Turks & Caicos Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Laundry Manager. If you're enthusiastic about being a leader and contributing to a dynamic team, get in touch Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding of linens and garments Hire, train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff, including laundry attendants, technicians, and supervisors Manage inventory levels of linens, towels, uniforms, and cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste Develop and manage the laundry department budget, including labor costs, supplies, equipment maintenance, and utilities Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including production volumes, inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures Ideal Laundry Manager: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a commercial laundry facility, preferably in a hospitality or hotel industry Caribbean experience is a asset Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance, including washers, dryers, presses, and folding machines Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
