As our Listing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, meeting with sellers and sealing the deal on listings that exceed expectations. With a staggering 150 appointments annually, your days will be brimming with excitement as you connect with clients and make their real estate dreams a reality. But wait, there's more! Responsibilities:• Go on listing appointments that are pre-set by our inside sales team• The expectation is to go on 3-4 listing appointments a week• Prospect for leads and schedule appointments with potential customers• Attend appointments scheduled by other team members• Prep for the listing appointment• Prep all documents for the listing coordinator• Set expectations for clients, follow up weekly with clients, and review all offers with clients• Handle all sales negotiations Qualifications:• Active real estate license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain a Michigan real estate license quickly • Current driver’s license and willing to spend a large amount of time traveling by car• Customer service experience and/or real estate background preferred• People-oriented with a positive and customer-focused attitude and the ability to be a strong advocate for clients• Excellent interpersonal communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong sales mentality• Exercise active listening with clients and co-workers• Detailed oriented, good organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently• Proficiency with various technologies, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Mgt.) and Google Apps., MS Office applications, and ability to learn new applications or systems quickly• Able to spend a large amount of time in the car and driving• Willing and committed to continued learning and self-development• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well when under pressure Education and Experience: • High school diploma• Customer service and/or real estate experience Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 Commission based About Company: At Lucas Howard Group, we're not your average real estate team – we're a lively community of dedicated professionals who believe in growth, accountability, and having a blast along the way!
