Staff Nurse- ICUPosition: Staff Nurse- ICULocation: London Central Pay: up to £45,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements Hours – Full time / Part time available – Flexible working pattern Contract – Permanent Medi Talent are recruiting for a Nurse experienced in a critical care environment to join our client in their 184 bed, esteemed hospital based in Central London. You will be joining the hospital’s dedicated CCU team, providing vital care to intensive care patients. You will be supported in the workplace to become an integral part of the team. Our client also pushes for upholding staff work/life balance and offers ample opportunity for growth. The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration and relevant experience in a critical care unit. Your experience in an CCU/ICU/ITU must be demonstrable and you should be confident in your specialised skills. A wide range of experience working in critical care specialties including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI surgery is beneficial. You will role will involve backssing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans and communicating this to various individuals. You will need to be able to work seamlessly both in a team and independently to ensure efficiency and optimal care. You will also be backssing and coordinating patient discharge.
