The Role: As an Accounts Assistant, you will be assisting Directors to ensure efficient practice operations and high-quality client service. Duties: Prepare accounts and reconcile bank transactions. Conduct bookkeeping using various software, process expenses, manage ledgers, and post journals. Assist with Corporation tax and VAT returns. Address client queries and provide support to resolve issues. Offer administrative assistance and manage deadlines. Requirements: Previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or in a similar role. Minimum 2 years of experience working in Accountancy Practice. AAT Level 3+ or ACCA part qualified. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, Sage.
