The ideal candidate should have a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, with design engineering experience in a chip company being advantageous. Candidates with expertise in networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless networks, or similar areas are preferred. The individual must be admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and possess 2-6 years of legal experience.Duties:Draft and file patent applications in various technological fields.Conduct prior art searches and analyze patentability.Assist attorneys in patent prosecution efforts, including responding to Office Actions.Collaborate with inventors and clients to strategize patent portfolio development.Provide technical expertise during patent litigation proceedings.Requirements:Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution.Strong understanding of Intellectual Property laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.Certifications:Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Skills:Proficiency in drafting patent applications and responses to Office Actions.Knowledge of patent prosecution procedures and best practices.Familiarity with computer science, electrical engineering, or chip design principles.Experience with networking, software, or wireless network technologies is desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
