The General Manager is further responsible for supporting the company goals and objectives and promoting the business interests of the company by conducting him or herself in a professional manner while maintaining excellent customer service and good public relations. Essential duties and responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the facility and daily operations as well as provide leadership and coaching to increase; Overall safety, performance, maintenance, deicing operations, facility requirements and customer service; Develop, maintain and ensure that employees follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and that IDS Deicer’s are following environmental laws, guidelines and.
