Your Role: Contracts Manager Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop and update detailed programmes of works and procurement schedules. • Ensure effective project close-out, addressing snagging and customer specifications. • Monitor and maintain high-quality standards, addressing issues with subcontractors and trades. • Keep accurate site records in line with Company and legislative requirements. • Identify and address potential issues affecting project delivery. • Safeguard the Company's contractual and financial positions. • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager/QS to monitor project financial status and implement solutions. • Manage preliminary costs within budget and report variations to the commercial team. • Lead the performance of direct reports and subcontract labour, ensuring safety and efficiency. • Communicate.
