Your role involves understanding clients’ preferences, providing detailed information about cruise itineraries and amenities, and coordinating all aspects of their cruise vacations with precision and care. Key Responsibilities: • Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, including destination preferences, cruise line preferences, budget considerations, and special requirements. • Provide expert advice and recommendations on cruise itineraries, cabin categories, onboard amenities, shore excursions, and pre- and post-cruise arrangements. • Research and stay updated on various cruise lines, ships, and destinations to offer informed recommendations and insights to clients. • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable cruise options based on their preferences and travel objectives. • Coordinate all aspects of clients’ cruise vacations, including booking cruise reservations, securing cabin assignments, arranging transportation to and from the cruise port, and assisting with travel insurance. • Collaborate with cruise line representatives and vendors to negotiate special offers, amenities, and exclusive perks for clients. • Handle all inquiries, reservations, and booking modifications promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless booking process for clients. • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their cruise vacations, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. • Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and interactions to facilitate future bookings and client relationship management.
