HR Administrator Oxford GBP 23,000 A new opportunity has been created within a busy professional services business for an HR Administrator to join the team and will specialise in staff training, learning and development. Reporting to an HR Manager, the position will cover primarily be administrative, covering: : Ensuring accurate, proficient and comprehensive administrative support across various aspects of training in the employee lifecycle : Building relationships by communicating with external trainers, participants, and managers regarding employee Learning and Development requirements details : Providing information about programmes. : First point of contact for all employee queries, updates, and requests, escalating issues to the Manager when required. : Organise internal and external technical training courses : Monitor completion of regulatory training and professional qualifications to meet business needs. : Ownership of our digital learning platforms, maintaining training data, training bookings, training programme applications, records and documents via these platforms and MS Excel. : Continuously improve employee experience through monitoring post: course evaluation and feedback process. You will have experience of office administration and be looking to specialise in HR. You will strong command of English, both written and verbal, and be familiar with Microsoft Office suite. You will be accurate and organised with a natural enthusiasm and proactive approach.
