CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN - PERMANENT - SURREYA biomedical organisation based in Surrey are looking for a Calibration Technician to join their engineering team on a permanent basis working days, Monday to Friday. The Calibration Technician will be responsible for developing a maintenance programme for the instrumentation and site equipment ensuring it is compliant, you will also develop SOP's standard operating procedures to ensure the equipment and systems on site are calibrated, qualified and validated. You will be required to carry out calibration and qualification procedures in line with the maintenance programme and accurately record data within the CMMS computerized maintenance management system and QMS quality management system. You will support the investigation, troubleshooting and maintenance activities with instrumentation equipment. Successful candidates will have proven calibration engineering experience with instrumentation and process control skills and would have worked within a similar GMP environment i. e. biomedical, medical, food manufacturing. You will have a formal engineering qualification and have strong control system skills.
