This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking a new role with our Floor Staff Team and to develop their skills with full and ongoing support. Arcade Food Hall is located in the new Battersea Power Station , where we will showcase our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands, and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof! Are you up for the challenge to deliver excellent customer service? As a member of our Floor Staff Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is always the very best. Your duties will include: • Providing exceptional level of hospitality and building warm and genuine relationship with our guests, through communicating confidently and professionally. • Managing your section efficiently. • Maintaining cleaning schedules, records and checklists. • Delivering food from the kitchen to the dining areas. • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings. • Adhering to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures.
