The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of marketing to drive growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be in the in the office once a week. Essential Skills/Experience: At least 1 year out of Uni, with a relevant degree in Marketing or similar, and has 1-year minimum hands-on Marketing experience. Demonstrate understanding and experience of key marketing skills An appreciation of the UK financial services market An understanding of the technology and infrastructure landscape Someone who fits well with the team / company culture and dynamic is imperative – reliable, honest, hardworking etc. Desirable Skills/Experience: B2B experience in financial sector Hub Spot experience Copywriting and campaign management Previous experience in Account Based Marketing ABM. Core Responsibilities: Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in developing a comprehensive, cohesive, and branded social media presence for the company, including development of new content images, video, text in line with PR, marketing, and events, that encourages engagement with target audiences. Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in creative copy writing for social media, websites, emailers, and offline material brochures, event stands etc. Creation, build, maintenance, and analysis of customer journeys, working with Hub Spot to maintain nurture sequences. Creation of graphic and video content using Canva and other tools as appropriate. Collaborating with all colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
