Senior Head Chef – High Volume Restaurant – New Opening - 65-85k DOECentral London Job Role: Senior Head Chef Salary: up to 85k Food Style: European Restaurant Size: 500 covers Team Size: 20 chefs Contracted Hours: 48Nearest Transport: Piccadilly Circus We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Head Chef to lead a large brigade of chefs in this super high volume new opening in central London. This restaurant and bar will be part of an already successful brand with a huge following. The role of the head chef will be to work with the head of food to help develop and roll out new food menus, train the teams and maintain high standards back of house. You must be a strong team leader, have high volume branded restaurant experience and be used to working in large teams. There will be 8 weeks of training when you start to get to know the brand so some paid travel may be expected. This is such a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to take their career to the next level and be part of a growing group. This would suit a high-volume head chef already working in a restaurant group with a keen eye for detail and great management skills.
