As part of the ONxpress consortium, Alstom is proudly working to transform the collective mobility of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas (GTHA) through the On-Corridor Works project, and we are hiring for hundreds of roles. The GO Expansion scope: new electric locomotives, fleet upgrades, train control systems, network electrification, signalling, telecommunications and digital systems, maintenance, and much more. Objective Lead and execute Installation Engineering (IE) activities in support of one or several Projects, in close cooperation with the Installation team within Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation scope Ensure delivery and quality of the documentation in compliance with M&U Signaling strategies Ensure the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards Responsibilities In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, they organize, lead, and coordinate the IE studies and activities, in coordination with the Project Installation Manager, Field Operations Manager, Site Managers and Installation Supervisors, including: Organize and lead the full Project Installation Engineering Team, also from different Countries Provide the list of deliverables with related schedule and workload, also in accordance.
