As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you'll be doing: Maintain and operate help-desk like services for the Environmental Services team at the Health Centre (maintenance, grounds, security, Switchboard and housekeeping), the facility services team at HHI offices nationwide, and various off-site locations Respond to incoming calls, process requests and dispatch service personnel as required Maintain and operate the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (Maximo) Print and distribute scheduled work orders to the various trades and service providers within Environmental Services Receive unscheduled work orders via Maximo, voicemail, telephone, or e-mail Maintain equipment inventory Generate monthly and on-demand financial reports for various cost centers Maintain schedules for various departments (regular schedule, on-call, vacation, call-in replacements) Enter schedules into Kronos timekeeping system and update electronic timecard changes and/or exceptions on a daily basis Prepare payroll records for bi-weekly sign-off by Managers/Supervisors Process pending invoices for payment File purchase requisitions/purchase orders and maintain accurate file system What we're looking for: Community College certificate/diploma preferred 2 years' customer service experience face-to-face, over the phone and by way of various electronic means Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Advanced.
