Strategy and Business Innovation (SBI) is a division within the Skills & Learning Branch of the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration (LSI). About Our Opportunity The Manager of the La MPSS Business Support Unit manages and delivers required outcomes for one or more major projects while reporting to senior colleagues. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Business Innovation, this manager provides direction and/or development of the project and project plans working within an established project management plan. Activities include project scope development, business requirements analysis, advising on procurement, methodology selection, project management strategies, and resource and capacity management of direct and indirect project resources. You will be responsible for ensuring effective system support and data integrity for the administration of all provincial labour market programs and services. You will lead the development and implementation of a multi-year La MPSS strategic plan including deployment of system releases, system training, risk management and performance monitoring.
