Required Qualifications. Experience in Salesforce, Experience Cloud 6+ years experience with user research methods (usability testing, user interviews, diary studies, etc. ) 6+ years experience using Frameworks like SLDS or WES, Einstein GPT and Semantic Search 6+ years experience defining and planning the approach and methodologies in context of project scope and timeline. Experience with secondary data, trends, and learnings.
