DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE – VIETNAMVery excited to be working with this awesome International Hotel Brand who are looking for a talented Director of F&B for one of their properties in Vietnam As DOFB, you will be undertaking the overall direction and operations of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel and for ensuring the effective co-ordination of activities between them. Accountable for the achievement of the overall goals and objectives of the F&B Division and for the hotel meeting its F&B financial and guest satisfaction objectives. What are looking for in our ideal candidate for this role2-4 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a 5 International Hotel group Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage working practices in a 5-star hospitality setting Must have experience at this level in SE Asia – non negotiable Must have experience working in busy City Hotel rather than resort hotels Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment Strong understanding and ability to sell F&B in local market Hands-on operator and able to manage large and diverse associates in a multi-unit setting Computer literate and excellent command of the English language And all the other things like being an Excellent communicator, organizer and motivator; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated; Good planner and problem solver; Excels in defining, measuring and increasing productivity Salary Package: USD5-6k net pm dependent upon experience plus live-in accommodation and other benefits Get in touch: xyz X@.
