The role of the Safety, Health and Environmental Director is pivotal in scaling our SHE initiatives, adapting policies, and driving the commitment to creating a secure and sustainable work environment. Salary and Benefits: Up to £94,000Hybrid Working Opportunities A successful Safety, Health and Environmental Director would acquire: A degree or equivalent within a SHE related subject such as Health and Safety Managerial experience within a SHE related role Advances knowledge of SHE requirements, H&S systems, manufacturing or R&D operations Contributes to the strategic leadership of the business and has influence over organisational behaviour Has exceptional communication skills United people around the business to deliver the strategy Some Key Responsibilities of the Role: To lead Safety, Health and Environment Systems, maintain knowledge of, and implement, current SHE regulations, SHE Compliance policies, and industry best practices for SHE Systems. To provide the necessary leadership to create a vision, mission, and road map for creating a culture of Compliance that is well integrated and supportive of end-to-end supply whilst adhering to customer expectations. .
