Korean Speciality Executive Chef Location: San Francisco, CASalary: 110,000 - 125,000 + Bonus + Relocation My client is a world leading contract company that has accounts across the US. They are seeking an Executive Chef for Tradition Korean cuisine to work in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Maintain standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Create and execute exciting menus Establish and manage a team of talented chefs Train and develop staff to meet high standards Manage labor and food costs Maintain and enforce brand standards Manage food and labour costs and kitchen budgets while ensuring the highest quality ingredients and efficient practices The right Executive Chef: Proven experience in a similar role MUST have traditional Korean cuisine experience Korean speaking preferred Well-rounded and motivated culinary leader who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control experience Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop culinary talent If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dylan today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
