The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent landscape analysis, freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity analysis, as well as IP due diligence. Additionally, the candidate will mentor junior patent agents. Duties:Prepare and prosecute patent applications.Conduct patent landscape analysis.Perform freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity analysis.Conduct IP due diligence.Mentor junior patent agents. Requirements:Advanced degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or chemistry.Admission to the Patent Bar. Experience:5+ years of biotechnology experience. Skills:Strong academic credentials.Outstanding organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional writing skills.Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.Track record of academic and professional excellence.
