Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab Shift: 5x8-Hour 08:00-17:00 OR 07:00-16:00 Location: Burns, OR 97720 Start Date: ASAP Job Duration: 13-week renewable contract Salary: $1,776-$2,072/week We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Inpatient Rehabilitation to join our team. As an OT in our Critical Access facility, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and hospice. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional independence Monitor and reassess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including PTs, to coordinate comprehensive care Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques and home exercises Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough records Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon Minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Therapy Knowledge and experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules Willingness to work independently as the sole OT on the floor COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with facility guidelines (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
