Our client boasts a group of like-minded individuals who all provide excellent customer service. Very much a forward-thinking business to be part of. As Planning and Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial part in working as part of a team in a dynamic office environment. Key responsibilities as Planning and Scheduling Administrator: - Be responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for the Install teams. - Manage project schedules and ensure all deadlines are adhered to - Be a point of contact for any customer queries, always providing excellent customer support. - General administration associated with the position. Key Responsibilities as Planning and Scheduling Administrator: - You will be detail orientated and super organised - You must have previous experience within an office environment, ideally scheduling appointments, co-ordinating diaries etc - You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - You will be able to multi-task and priortise effectively.
