The Role: You'll use your business analysis skills to help us deliver excellent services for residents and support housing initiatives for change. Specifically, you'll discover, define and document business development requirements, developments and projects associated to core Housing IT systems (currently MS D365 CRM, One Housing, Keystone Asset Management and Total Mobile Connect. This means understanding user needs at a customer and colleague level. One of your key challenges will be to prioritise changes and organise them into a manageable programme. Please refer to the Job Description for more information. About You: You'll be a vital point of connection between business and digital technology that now drives many aspects of our organisation. Our team is looking for candidates with experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM, One Housing, Keystone Asset Management, and Total Mobile Connect, as well as exceptional communication skills.
