Financial Inclusion Associate Newcastle - flexible location Temporary contract (likely to end February 2025), full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday flexible working between 8am and 6pm Pay £10.90 per hour, (salary £21,314 per year) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong We have a brilliant job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as our Financial Inclusion Associate. We support our customers nationally by telephone. We maximise their income through Benefit Checks and Budgeting and help them to be more financially confident. The cost-of-living increase has had an impact on our customers’ money, and we are here to help them manage the extra costs. Typical day as our Financial Inclusion Associate Engaging customers over the phone; by email; using live chat and by text, offering them tailored advice to enhance their financial stability through supportive conversations Analyse and assist in maximising customers income, guiding them through benefit checks and practical budgeting strategies. Work hand-in-hand with the housing management team, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to support customers in sustaining their tenancies. You bring Strong Customer Service skills having worked in a customer focused environment before and are confident and comfortable working and building relationships on the phone and in writing. You have the ability to talk to others, have difficult conversations and deliver messages in positive ways. You’re able to stay calm. As money is a very personal subject, it can be emotive.
