Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently hiring a Distribution Configuration Management (DCM) Analyst for a newly opened role in our DCM team, which will be based in High Wycombe, United Kingdom. DCM is a new team within the Systems Information Management and Automation (SIMA) function within Global Medical Safety Operations (GMSO). The DCM will support ICSR compliance through the configuration of Distribution Anchors (DAs) and related activities in the Global Safety System (GSS). Position Summary Responsibilities include completing day-to-day operational activities surrounding the setup and maintenance of DAs in the GSS. The DCM Analyst will collaborate with internal and external business partners to support the maintenance of the DAs to meet regulations and commitments. The Analyst will help to write and update procedural documents and be involved in continuous process improvement, metrics collection and analysis, and training/mentoring of other staff in DCM. The position will also complete other relevant tasks of special assignments and provide backup to the Manager/Associate Director/Director as required. Responsibilities include: Leads interactions with global partners to collect and document regulatory requirements to support DA implementation and maintenance. Provide LSMV DA expertise in translating Local country regulatory requirements, Business Partner, and Investigator/ECs requirements into LSMV technical requirements to enable the creation of Contacts, Formats & Anchors. Builds DAs directly into the GSS. Perform informal testing of DAs to ensure accurate identification of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for submission to Regulatory Authorities, Business Partners and Investigators and Ethics Committees. Manages daily workload and ensures DA-related tasks are completed timely as allocated to ensure compliance. Performs Quality Control activities of individual and team-related work.
