We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our commercial buildings range from multi-family to multi use. With contracts that are forecasted over the next 3-5 years, here you will be guaranteed steady, full time work with a company who will invest in your growth. What We Offer: Pay Rate: $15.00 to $20.00/hour 2 weeks of PTO without a probationary period Dependable employment with opportunities for advancement; contracts forecasted into 2026 100% paid medical and vision insurance 401K with up to 3% employer match once eligible Just as important as the benefits, you have to like where you work right? Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material Assist various tradesmen with their projects Handle and transport materials; cement, debris and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Putting up signs; signposts, cones Setting up and transferring temporary structures; scaffolding Reporting issues with equipment or unsafe conditions General Laborer Requirements: Recent experience in a physical role that has been in a high alert environment Understanding of basic math Willingness to learn and grow in your trade Reliable Transportation Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA Schedule: Monday-Friday Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project Come join our family while learning and growing with us!
