Job Function: Receive, prepare, and provision IT assets (such as computer equipment, devices, components, materials) to end-users at various on-site and offsite locations using with established security protocols and procedures. Prepare instructions and other required support documentation associated with IT assets for end-users. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets including all inbound and outbound shipments; and update the appropriate Hydro One databases. Perform other clerical or logistics activities related to IT assets (such as installing and removing computer security cables / locks, performing imaging on computers) as required. Job Description: Receive, unbox, move, and ship computer equipment, components, and materials to various locations and buildings off-site or on-site of Hydro One office. Operate carts, vehicles and lifting devices to ensure the safe loading, transporting, and unloading of materials and equipment. Follow proper procedures to ensure the security of the equipment. Generate packing slips, shipping labels for all outbound packages and keep a record of documentations of all purchase orders. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets including all inbound and outbound shipments; and update the appropriate Hydro One databases.
