Safety-Focused Planning: Ensure safe execution of planned tasks and activities. Prioritize safety in green and yellow filter meetings. Efficient Maintenance Management: Schedule maintenance activities two weeks in advance. Manage processes, create work order models, and capture corrective actions in CMMS. Strategic Coordination: Coordinate with production for optimal use of time. Coordinate external contractors for vacation coverage and routine inspections Project Management and Support: Implement projects, conduct statistical analysis of trends and KPIs. Support divisional and corporate objectives, including health & safety, productivity, continuous improvement, waste and 5S. Bring out the best in yourself. Commit. Evolve. Persevere. You too, will put forward your experience and strengths: Maintenance Coordination and Technical Proficiency: Direct experience in coordinating maintenance activities with in-depth knowledge of equipment and manufacturing processes. Proficient use of computer programs, including Guide TI, MS Office, and SAP. Proactive Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Ability to backss situations, take initiative, and propose solutions.
