Role Description We are looking for a full-time, remote Regional Producer to help us expand our reach and elevate our business in a new and exciting way. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships within their assigned region with the warm leads they are provided, while working closely with insurance field agents. They should be able to attend regular trainings, work independently, and use web-based software proficiently. They need to be able to coach or mentor other producers. This position allows you to earn an incredible living without sacrificing your family/personal life. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working hours when it’s convenient for YOU. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving Ability to learn, and adjust on the go (easily adaptable) Works well with others and individually Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed Responsibilities: Attend weekly team building workshops for management development positions Energetic leadership throughout team development Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility Calling and receiving calls from clients Scheduling appointments with.
