Scarlet Security and Risk Group (SSRG), is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Nunavut Legislative Assembly located in Iqaluit. This position will work 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday with occasional afterhours requirements. The successful applicant will provide direct oversite and supervision of all security team members at the site, including shift schedules, training, coaching, and client communication. Duties Include: Scheduling Staff management Training of staff Attending site meetings Enforce regulations and intervene in emergency situations Log visitors in/out of site Conduct scheduled interior/exterior patrols Report maintenance issues to maintenance personnel Ensure facility is secure through constant CCTV surveillance Comply with all security regulations of the organization Preferred Experience 1 year security experience is an asset Required Qualifications: Must reside in Iqaluit, Nunavut Grade 12 education or equivalent Fluent in English (mandatory) and Inuktitut (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid first aid certificate Proficient with Microsoft office Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to submit to an alcohol and drug test Clear criminal record check Perks of the job: $25-27 per hour Extended health benefits and dental benefits Life insurance On-site parking Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday Weekend availability How to apply: Please submit your current resume listing work experience and applicable certifications.
