ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager for immediate opportunities. ROLE: Scrum Master / Project Manager Siemens PSS/E-ODMS / NMM Qualifications: Experience in implementing complex data driven integration software Ability to lead traditional projects as well as agile 1-2 years Scrum Master experience Power Utility experience an asset OT/SCADA experience an asset GIS experience an asset Asset Management experience also an asset Experience with Scaled agile framework, SAFe, version 6 preferred Experience working with Scrum/Kanban or other Agile methodologies. Scrum master certification, CSM or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science, or other applicable degree and at least 3-5 years of related experience (or equivalent). Solid knowledge of both Agile principles and practices. Experience working with business and technical projects with an agile mindset. Strong leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building Strong business analysis skills Strong facilitation skills Ability to identify and remove team impediments Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Ability to work on project, program and organizational strategy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience interacting with both business and IT teams.
