Applications must be submitted in full no later than February 23rd Summary: Title: Accounts Receivable Representative Employment Type: Internship - 4 Months Hours: 8 hours between 8am and 4:30pm Location: Hybrid in Montreal, QC (In-person Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) Target Start Date: May 2024 About this Role: Essential Tasks - In this job, you will: Be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and their payment status using Excel and CN’s internal systems Monitor your inbox on Outlook to check for updates internally from managers or externally from customers Export customer data from internal systems to Excel in order to identify any outstanding payments or errors in the statements Reach out to customers to request payment or administer penalties for late payments Escalate erroneous payment information to supervisors after communicating with customers General Skills and Abilities - You are: Demonstrate problem solving skills to address issues independently and reach out to your team for support when necessary Communicate effectively both internally with your team for projects and externally with clients be able to prioritize a variety.
