Reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategy and with the support of the Managers on the team, the Director, Strategy will play a key role in driving and supporting the evaluation, planning and execution of various strategic initiatives across the organization. The Director will also help coordinate the evaluation of new growth opportunities and business case development. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting as well as a demonstrated ability to influence at the most senior levels of an organization. If you are an insatiably curious individual with a proven background in leading the strategic process, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills to proactively engage and build relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership, we look forward to receiving your application. Core Accountabilities: In collaboration with regional and functional teams, coordinate the development, evaluation and advancement of strategic priorities for the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. Lead multifunctional teams, including team members from relevant business lines to ensure on time delivery of impactful project outcomes. Execute strategic projects, which include conducting research, financial and operational analysis, structuring solutions, identifying growth opportunities, developing frameworks, preparing presentation materials, providing thought leadership, and using hypothesis-driven approaches to solve complex problems.
