If your answer is an enthusiastic “yes” then please keep reading! Our Quality Control team is looking for a new Senior Quality Control Analyst to join their team. Who is Med Pharm? We are a team of scientists and innovators developing new formulations and models for the topical and transdermal drug market. We have established a worldwide reputation for delivering exceptional solutions over the past 20 years and have continued to expand operations in our US facilities. What does a Quality Control Analyst do? The Senior Quality Control Analyst will be the deputy to the Head of Quality Control and will be responsible for overseeing the QC laboratory and laboratory-based scientists. They will be responsible for the review of analytical data from the analysis of raw materials, clinical material and stability samples and will author and review QC / GMP related documentation (protocols, reports, methods) and quality records (CAPA’s, change controls, deviations). They will liaise with internal and external key stakeholders and organise the workload for the QC team to ensure timelines are maintained and ensure that all procedures, internal and regulatory, are adhered to. What are we looking for? We are looking for an eager individual who wants to develop personally and professionally. You should be able to independently handle project work with minimal oversight. You will need to have a background in working within a QC / c GMP environment and have strong attention to detail, want to keep excellent records, and be continuously striving for self-improvement. You will also need to be well versed in analytical laboratory techniques (HPLC and physical characterisation tests on topical and transdermal formulations) and be confident in leading and mentoring a team within a QC.
