Job Summary As an Digital Data Quality Analyst you will be responsible for the mastering and validation of the customer master data in Salesforce by researching, maintaining, compiling, and analysing data to keep the information current and accurate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: : Triage ticket requests for customer creation/modification in the Service Now ticketing system.Assist in the research, validation and cleansing of the customer master data to ensure our information is accurate and current using both internal and external resources.Perform Ad: hoc reporting and analysis as needed.Analyse account data and distribute relevant information to the appropriate people.Assist in preparation and development of analysis of materials for presentations and meetings.Maintain and increase knowledge on all company products and services.Participate in meetings and product trainings as required.Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: : Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A/B. S. ) or equivalent in business or related discipline.Experience: Very strong Data experience / An equivalent combination of education.
