Practice Area: Litigation - Commercial, Job Type: Partner, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 8 Years, A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner with a portable book of business. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission. Admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar would be a plus. Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and lead commercial litigation cases.Build and maintain a strong client base.Develop and implement legal strategies for complex cases.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.Oversee junior attorneys and legal support staff.Participate in business development activities. Requirements:Portable book of business.Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar (a plus). Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Skills:Strong litigation and trial experience.Proven business development skills.Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Leadership and management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
