We are currently looking for a Full-Time Security Supervisor to work at one of our commercial sites. Shifts: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 Pay Rate: $19.77/hr Uniform provided free of charge Opportunities to grow alongside Garda World Continuing education through Garda World Campus What does a Security Supervisor in Winnipeg do? Required to lead a team of onsite guards Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security schedule Responsible for ensuring the SOPs are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers CCTV Monitoring Perform patrols on site according to schedule to determine any unusual activity using G-track device. Prevent unauthorized access, identifying/ reporting any theft or vandalism on site. Keeping a record of visitors/ employees/ contractors entering the plant through security office. Observing any possible threats by camera views on different sites. Take actions on new card requests and process the replacement or lost card requests. Run fingerprint screening for the new employees and contractors getting in business with Canada Post. Contacting and sharing information by the means of Radio wireless technology. Create/ modify work orders with building management and contractors. Keeping all the documents organized and sorted for easy access to key details. Must be good with technologies Maintain a safe and secure work environment Provide Excellent Customer Service Other duties as assigned Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site Develop and implement procedures and policies.
