The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview The Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre embraces the goal of Jordan’s Principle to ensure that youth have access to follow up mental health services. This position will focus on providing in person mental health services to First Nations clients and their families. This position will work closely with the Rural and Northern Telehealth Service, as well as other Jordan’s Principle Initiative stakeholders. Reporting to the Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the delivery of direct client service including individual, group and family therapy; the provision of ongoing communication with families, caregivers, and external resources regarding the treatment status and needs of clients; the coordination of resource planning and access with the client and family; the planning, implementing and evaluating of client/family treatment plans; and the establishment of professional working relationships within the inter-professional team and with community partners. These functions are undertaken in accordance with the Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre's Mission Statement, organizational policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethics as outlined by the Canadian Association of Social.
