Do you have a passion for providing life changing skills to adults with learning difficulties Support a charitable organisation that give back to the local community, by showcasing your skills whilst working within a small encouraging team In the role of a Support Worker / Driver you will be : To work effectively as part of a small team providing support, encouragement and motivation in an inspiring and creative work setting to adults with additional learning needs or other singular/ multiple needs Provide a hands-on high quality, practical, person-centred support to empower individuals Be responsible for keeping and maintaining records Driving individuals to and from where they need to go To be considered for the Support Worker / Driver role you must have : Previous Support work experienceto be able to work well under pressure An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one Drivers licence due to the nature of the role This is a fantastic opportunity offered on a permanent basis. This role is working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday and is based in the beautiful county of Conwy. The salary offered is £20,475 per annum company benefits.
