Come be part of something special - start your journey today! Role Summary -- The Technical Consultant Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Canadian Technical Consultant Team primarily supporting utility product lines (WSIP - Boiler, Cooling, Industrial Process, Memchem and Wastewater) with customer focused orientation and keen focus on industry verticals. Direct the team in assignment, strategy, and development of the following: site visits for troubleshooting, value and growth opportunities; Technical Excellence Audits (TEA); conference, customer seminar and internal training involvement; SME relationship management; support of ideation, voice of customer and trials of new technologies in coordination with the product applications and technology teams. Drive consistency in the processes and procedures that the technical consultant team uses to achieve impactful results, documentation, and communication. Develop tools to this end collaboratively with other leaders in technical organization and beyond. Collaborate with commercial and vertical leadership to identify and prioritize technical resources for audits and other activities. Work to ensure that recommendations are leveraged.
