Volt Canada is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our clients team based in Vancouver, BC. Job Description: manage Employee data, process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees across 3 companies, review reports maintain payroll records, answer payroll queries. Qualifications: Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation Post Secondary diploma or degree preferred UKGPro Canada knowledge is an asset/preferred Experience and Knowledge of applicable provincial labour laws Experience dealing with payroll services Key Competencies: Strong Communication skills Organized and Structured Detail Oriented Process Driven Requirements: Applicants Selected will be subject to a background check and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Must have a Great work ethic & be a Team player Must be eligible to work in Canada without Employment Sponsorship Must be reliable and professional to attend each shift on time and professionally while following Company protocols Work Location: Hybrid 3 days a week. The days in office are flexible, but must be 3 days in office. Possibility for extension or conversion. Monday to Friday - 8 to 4 or 9 to 5.
